Do you want to hear from experts, policymakers, and entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of these fields? If so, you are invited to attend two public summits organized by CCC in October 2023.

The first summit, “A Focus on New Brunswick’s Energy Plan”, will take place on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at the Fredericton Convention Center. This summit will explore the opportunities and challenges of developing a sustainable and innovative energy plan for the province. You will hear from Premier Blaine Higgs, the CEO of NB Power Lori Clark, and other stakeholders on topics such as energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, smart grid technology, and the Atlantic Loop. You will also have a chance to participate in a panel discussion and share your views and questions.

The second summit, “Building Our Future Together”, will take place on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Journey Church in Fredericton. This summit will focus on the importance of investing in education and preparing for the future of work in New Brunswick. You will hear from Deputy Minister, Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour Dan Mills, former Chief Economist of the province David Campbell, and representatives from various industries and communities on how they are collaborating to create a skilled and diverse workforce. You will also have an opportunity to meet with student-led businesses and join breakout sessions to discuss how to build the future of education in New Brunswick.

These summits are open to the public, but registration is required. To purchase tickets, visit Eventbrite.com. Don’t miss this chance to hear from these high-calibre speakers.
